DG Cortex Staging ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you interact with our voice agent at our published phone number, use our mobile application, visit our website at dg-cortex-staging.com, or use related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Phone number: the number you call from when interacting with our voice agent, and used to deliver any SMS you request.
Voice call audio and transcripts: recordings and machine transcripts of inbound calls to our voice agent. These are used to operate the service, document SMS consent, and improve speech recognition quality.
SMS opt-in records: a timestamped log that you verbally consented to receive an SMS, including a reference to the corresponding call recording.
Account information: name, email address, and password if you create an account in the mobile app.
Usage data: interactions with the Service, features accessed, and session duration.
Device information: device type, operating system, and app version.
Location data: if you grant location permissions in the mobile app, GPS coordinates to power location-aware features. Separately, the city from your saved profile or delivery address — which does not require location permission — is shared with our speech-recognition provider to more accurately recognize places you refer to by voice.
Contacts: if you grant contacts access in the mobile app, your contacts' names and phone numbers — used to reach the people you ask us to contact (text, call, schedule) and, as names, to help our speech-recognition provider more accurately recognize the people you refer to by voice.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program description. If you call our voice agent and verbally request a link to download the DG Cortex Staging mobile app, we will send a single, one-time SMS to the phone number you called from containing only that download link. This is a transactional, user-initiated message. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How we collect SMS consent. During the call, our voice agent reads the following disclosure aloud: "Would you like me to text you a link to download the DG Cortex Staging app? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out." The SMS is sent only if you verbally say yes. The audio of your consent and a timestamped opt-in record are retained as proof of consent.

Message frequency. One message per request. We do not send recurring or follow-up SMS.

Carrier disclosure. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS. You may also opt out verbally on any future call, or by emailing privacy@dg-cortex.com.

Help. Reply HELP for support information, or contact support@dg-cortex.com.

3. How We Handle Your Mobile Information (SMS Opt-In Data)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our operations (for example, our SMS delivery provider) is permitted solely to deliver the message you requested. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS delivery provider. Twilio processes your phone number solely to deliver the message you requested on our behalf. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/en-us/legal/privacy.

4. How We Use Your Information

Operate, provide, and improve the voice agent and mobile app.
Send the one-time mobile app download link via SMS, only when you verbally request it during a call.
Maintain opt-in and opt-out records as required by telecommunications regulations and carrier requirements.
Respond to support requests.
Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience.
Comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers: third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (SMS delivery, cloud hosting, speech recognition, analytics). These parties are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of DG Cortex Staging or its users.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. SMS opt-in records, opt-out records, and the underlying call recordings used to document consent are retained for a minimum of four (4) years to comply with carrier and regulatory requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@dg-cortex.com; we will retain the minimum opt-in/opt-out evidence required by law even after account deletion.

7. Your Choices

SMS opt-out: reply STOP to any message we send, or revoke consent verbally on a future call. One confirmation message will be sent and no further messages will follow.
Location permissions: you can disable location access in your device settings at any time.
Account deletion: contact privacy@dg-cortex.com to request deletion of your account and data.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately at privacy@dg-cortex.com.

9. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
